Which one?

Pro is US$24.99 for 30 hours, so about US$0.83 an hour. If you transcribe less than an hour or two in a normal month, you are better off not subscribing: use the free week for the recording you have, and cancel before it ends. That is the whole calculation, and you can redo it.

Questions

Is there a feature table?: No, because there is nothing to put in it. Speakers, word-level timestamps, editing, the custom word list, summaries, translation, questions, share links and every export format are in all of them. The free week is the whole product with 90 minutes in it, not a demonstration of it.
What counts towards my minutes?: The length of the audio you transcribe. A 40-minute recording uses 40 minutes, however long it takes to process, and retrying a failed file doesn't charge you twice.
Is there a free trial?: Yes: 7 days of Pro, with 90 minutes to transcribe. Stripe asks for a card, and nothing is charged that day. We email you the date and the amount at least a week before the first charge; cancel before it, from your account page, and you pay nothing at all.
Why is the first month cheaper?: Because a month is how long it takes to find out whether this fits your work, and we would rather you found out for US$9.99 than for US$24.99. The first month includes 30 hours. From the second month it is US$24.99 a month — that is the whole of it, and it is written here rather than in a footnote, because a charge you were not expecting is a bad way to learn what something costs.
What happens when I run out?: Transcribing stops. Everything you already have stays readable, editable and exportable — running out takes away what comes next, never what you have made.
Can I cancel?: Any time, from your account page. You keep Pro until the end of the period you've paid for.
Which languages, and which get speaker labels?: 82 languages. The picker lists 110, because some of them come in more than one regional variant. Speaker labels are offered in all of them. In 14 of them (Chinese (Mandarin), English (US), English (UK), English (India), Japanese, Korean, Spanish (Spain), French (France), German, Italian, Portuguese (Brazil), Hindi, French (Canada) and Spanish (US)), the recogniser labels the speakers itself; in the other 96, a separate pass does, on recordings of up to 2 hours. A longer recording in those comes back without labels, and so can a shorter one if the pass fails; either way, the transcript says so.
What if a recording switches between languages?: Name the main language rather than leaving it on automatic. Automatic detection has to decide what language each stretch of speech is in, and where a recording switches language, what was said in the other one may come back translated instead of transcribed — or not come back at all. Either way nothing is marked as missing: the transcript will look complete.
What happens to my recordings?: They're stored so you can play them back beside the transcript, and deleted with the transcript when you delete it. They are never used to train anything.
